Great service, comforting food, okay price! We went at 11am on a Monday and ordered a coffee, Texas Omelette, and Chicken & Waffles. The price was about $35. The food was pretty good! It tasted homemade and was very comforting. The service was also really great and the atmosphere was clean and welcoming.
*WARNING: Completely biased review to follow." The Ownership and Staff at Blondie's all deserve major props! Our local Soup Kitchen had a catastrophic disaster 2 weeks ago, losing thousands of pounds of food, and needing funds to both repair their cooler/freezer, & then restock. Blondie's decided to stay open from 2:00-8:00 for the last 3 days, with all process going to this Miss (the kitchen and waitstaff all volunteered their time). This is an establishment that our community can be proud of, and should continue to support! As for the food, I ordered the Shepherd's Pie special, while my companions ordered the Mushroom Burger and the American Chop Suey special, and they were all very tasty; the stand out item was actually the side of onion rings - beer battered, and perfectly cooked (if I'm ever craving them in the future, this is where I'm going, and where I'll recommend others to go as well). The ambience was very nice as well; everything was decorated for the Christmas season, without being tacky. The staff was friendly and upbeat the whole time as well; a truly exceptional experience.
We went there for breakfast. I had not been in this place since it was under new ownership. Good breakfast. Service was quick and wait staff, though busy, were very attentive. Quick to offer coffee refills. Crowded local eatery which is a good thing.
Loved this place! Came here for breakfast on a Saturday morning. Restaurant was busy but staff was so accommodating and service was fast! Food was delicious as well. Ordered the eggs Florentine with honey fries
